There is no 'one size fits all' with coaching and although you will be surprised how much we achieve in one session there is no 'quick fix'. I would like to be able to tell you up front exactly how many sessions you will require but everyone and every situation is different and my coaching is tailored to meet your individual needs. We will discuss how things are going at the end of every session so that there are no surprises.

In saying that, I absolutely promise you, that we will both know when the coaching relationship is coming to an end and I get great personal satisfaction from sending you on your own way so to speak. No hangers on here!

How we get started...

We will have an initial conversation to get to know each other and outline what your requirements are and how I can help. Once we have decided that we are getting along sufficiently to take the relationship further, we will arrange your first session when we will start to unravel where you are on your journey and what needs to be done to get to your own vision of success.

Also in this first session we will work on your immediate priorities and concerns so that you walk away already feeling more positive and in control.

Your coaching sessions can take place either on the phone or if you are in the vicinity of Essex; face to face at my office, a convenient location or your place of work.

My charges for coaching start at a 'pay as you go' rate of £120 a session, or we can discuss the viability of my 'pack options'.
